& evidence

I develop and evaluate AI systems that retrieve and synthesize biomedical literature, with a focus on retrieval quality, citation support and the reliability of LLM-based assessment.

Omics analysis
& interpretation

I integrate transcriptomic and epigenomic data to investigate biological questions with experimental collaborators. Current work extends to single-cell and spatial analysis.

Scientific software
& workflows

I design analytical workflows and build the tools that make them reusable, from transcriptomic annotation to sequencing-data submission and reproducible software distribution.

Training
& collaboration

I teach bulk and single-cell RNA-seq analysis, supervise computational research projects and work with experimental scientists to turn analytical results into biological insight.
